At Call It Spring, we want you to love your vegan shoes and accessories, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy both in-store and online. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
Start Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
